Netflix Series - Resident Evil Official Teaser Trailer

We're just a little over a month away from the premiere of Resident Evil on Netflix, and today we received a sneak peek at what to expect in the form of an official teaser trailer. Not much has been revealed about the Netflix series up to this point. From the trailer, it would seem as the series is taking place in two timelines. The current (2022) and 14 years later in 2036. The new series will be focusing on the Wesker family, with Lance Reddick in the role of Albert Wesker and Tamara Smart playing the younger Jade Wesker in 2022 while Ella Balinska plays the grown up Jade in 2036. The teaser doesn't reveal too much, but Jade exploring post-apocalyptic London looks interesting and gave me some 28-Days/Weeks Later vibes.

All 8 episodes of Resident Evil will be available on July 14th.
